We have recently delivered a comprehensive technical training program to a large commercial customer.  In addition to customized instruction, this program includes extended training manuals, follow-up exercise sets with answer keys, and a custom training database instance loaded with training data.


PensionSmart, Inc was started in 1999 as a solution to an ongoing deficiency for specialized services to the PeopleSoft Pension Administration product.  Frustrated with the lack of options around the PeopleSoft Pension product, two inspired specialists started PensionSmart to offer customers the best possible products and services and a delivery model that fits the customer’s needs.

The first challenge was to develop superior services specifically designed around the pension product.  This required a completely specialized methodology, a focused recruitment and training program and the commitment to stay focused on this single product while opportunities for general software services tempted many organizations to further dilute their offerings.

The second challenge was to offer flexible delivery models that satisfy the structure and goals of the customer.  Initially, delivering on-site services and working within customer project teams allowed PensionSmart to break free from the implementation lab model that other service providers use exclusively.  But today, we offer services through many different channels, including the lab approach, remote interfacing support, and the on-site team integration that we are known for.

More than a decade later, we are still achieving our goals.  With a long list of satisfied customers, we are still delivering the best services in the industry.  With very few changes since the beginning, we are still able to identify, cultivate and deliver the best resources, while specializing exclusively in this single complex software product.  We know we are still on the right track because our customers tell us so.
