training manual

We have recently delivered a comprehensive technical training program to a large commercial customer.  In addition to customized instruction, this program includes extended training manuals, follow-up exercise sets with answer keys, and a custom training database instance loaded with training data.

Management
Our founder worked his way from a defined benefits software engineer, to the pension product lead at PeopleSoft, to the leader of a Gold Certified Partner providing PeopleSoft Pension product services.  That pathway would prove to be familiar for all of our talent as the organization grew.  All of our leaders studied actuarial science, worked in the defined benefit consulting space, were software engineers and ultimately gravitated toward the PeopleSoft Pension product.   Our leadership team is focused on delivery of expert services through strategic hiring, comprehensive training and constant improvement in methodology.

Consultants
Our consultants all come from the same background and go through the same training.  From the associate consultant through the top product expert, each member of our team specializes in all aspects of the PeopleSoft Pension product.  That means they can interpret your pension plan documents, they can write functional and technical specifications, they can configure your plan rules and they can code and test extended solutions.  We love building project teams, but the truth is that we can often support a project with one or two cross-functional/technical experts rather than many siloed experts.
