We have recently delivered a comprehensive technical training program to a large commercial customer. In addition to customized instruction, this program includes extended training manuals, follow-up exercise sets with answer keys, and a custom training database instance loaded with training data.
Team Integration
We don't build a product off-site and hand it over to you. We
don't bring in an army of consultants and drive our methodology
into your systems. We do bring in select seasoned experts to
work within your teams. We help you define teams and plan your
project in a way that allows your experts to own their new
software.
Your technical resources need to know how to support their
product. Your admin staff members need to become experts at
running their new system. The only way to achieve these goals is
to incorporate your experienced resources with our product
specialists. It is a proven fact that through our team-oriented
design/development/testing approach, we achieve a far greater
level of ownership.
And greater ownership converts to far less dependence on outside
resources for maintenance and upgrades. We see many situations
where other firms provide contracted in-sourcing for product
support. That approach doesn't fit our methodology and it
doesn’t fit our core values.
Some organizations do not have the flexibility to involve their
own resources in an implementation project. Some shops would
rather have a product constructed off-site and handed over to
them. For those customers, many of our customers provide those
services. We know this because we are often called in later to
clean up those products and to train those internal resources.
